CUSTOM BONDS
To
increase non-oil and gas export, the government gives many kinds of
facilities to the exporters. Those facilities are the exemption of
import duty and additional import duty, value added tax of import’s
goods and raw material that is going to be used to produce export
commodity. As mention on Minister of Finance Decree no. 615/KMK.01/1997
dated 16th January 1998 and a Circular Letter SE.01/BE/1998
dated 5th January 1998.
