PT Reasuransi International Indonesia (PT ReINDO) was established based on Muhani Salim, SH Notary certificate number 177, November 12^nd 1996, which was legalized by The Minister of Justice with the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Justice decree number : 02 – 10869.HT.01.01.TH’96, December 9^th 1996.

PT ReINDO’s business license was acquired by the decree 710/KMK0.17/1996, December 31^st 1996 of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. 

PT ReINDO start operating on January 1^st 1997 legitimately
